The AJMS Copyright Form is the Author Declaration and Copyright Transfer Agreement required by the Asian Journal of Managerial Science (AJMS) after manuscript acceptance. The author(s) or other lawful copyright holder should complete the form before publication. Detailed rights and licensing terms are provided in the AJMS Copyright & Licensing Policy.

The completed form is required after acceptance and before publication of the accepted manuscript. Copyright transfer takes effect upon publication of the article. The requirement does not override rights in public-domain material or third-party material reproduced with appropriate permission.

2. Author Declaration

The form should record the declarations applicable to originality and exclusive submission, authorship and approval, research integrity and ethical compliance, conflicts of interest and funding, third-party material, copyright transfer, the applicable Creative Commons licence, publication consent, and corresponding-author authority. These declarations should remain consistent with the Author Guidelines and Publication Ethics & Publication Malpractice Statement.

Upon publication, copyright in the published Version of Record transfers to the Centre for Research and Innovation (CRI), subject to the journal’s stated licence and author reuse rights. CRI then holds the rights necessary to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, index, disseminate, and protect the article.

4. Author Reuse and Repository Rights

AJMS permits authors to deposit and share the published Version of Record on personal or institutional websites and in appropriate scholarly repositories for non-commercial purposes, provided the article remains unchanged, the complete citation and DOI or permanent link are supplied, the CRI copyright notice is retained, the applicable Creative Commons licence is displayed, and AJMS is acknowledged as the original publication. The Copyright & Licensing Policy is the controlling journal policy for detailed reuse terms.

5. Creative Commons Licence

AJMS publishes the Version of Record under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). The licence permits sharing of the unchanged article for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution. Commercial use and distribution of modified, adapted, translated, or derivative versions are not permitted under this licence without additional permission from the relevant copyright holder.

6. Third-Party Material and Permissions

Authors are responsible for ensuring that manuscript content does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights and that permission has been obtained where required. Third-party content carrying separate licence or reuse restrictions should be clearly identified.

After completing and signing the correct AJMS form, authors may send the scanned copy to editorial@crijournals.org. For general publisher-level copyright information, the CRI Copyright Form page may be used as supporting information, but the downloadable journal form should be AJMS-specific.
