Aims
The Asian Journal of Managerial Science (AJMS) aims to advance research, scholarly communication, and professional practice across the major disciplines of management and business studies by publishing rigorous theoretical, empirical, methodological, analytical, and practice-oriented research. The journal provides an international forum for studies that contribute to the understanding, development, application, and evaluation of management theories, organisational practices, business strategies, managerial processes, and decision-making approaches.
AJMS encourages research addressing contemporary challenges in business and management, including organisational transformation, globalisation, digitalisation, sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, responsible leadership, workforce development, business resilience, and the application of emerging technologies in managerial decision-making.
The journal particularly welcomes research that demonstrates theoretical or managerial significance, methodological rigour, practical relevance, and a clear contribution to the advancement of management knowledge and professional practice.
